Sea Dreams was completed in 2005 and it is the second vacation homes project of Dreamville. It is located on an area of 5400 m2, consists of four buildings arranged in such a way as to ensure a spacious internal yard with pools, playgrounds, greenery, and all the necessary facilities for a quiet and relaxing summer vacation. The place has 140 apartments of different size, and functional spatial distribution. All apartments in the complex have been sold.
